Small Group Private Training:
Our small group sessions offer the structure and value of group training while maintaining the quality and individual attention of private Pilates.
These are not large reformer classes. Small group sessions at Modern Nutrition & Pilates are intentionally limited to three clients per session so each person receives individualized instruction, thoughtful modifications, and support based on their body, goals, injuries, and experience level.
Small group sessions are formed and run in 8-week series. This format allows clients to build consistency, progress safely, and reserve a dedicated spot in a small group.
Because each group is intentionally created, clients are paired based on experience level, goals, scheduling, and overall fit. If you are interested in joining a small group, please reach out to us directly so we can learn more about what you’re looking for and help place you in the right group.
All clients are required to complete at least one private session before joining a small group. This allows us to understand how your body moves, discuss your goals, review any injuries or limitations, and make sure we place you in the right group for your needs.
Small Group Pricing
8-Week Series: $400
Includes 8 weekly sessions at $50 per class
Small group series meet at the same scheduled day and time each week for the full 8 weeks. Your spot is reserved for that weekly time slot for the duration of the series.
Drop-In Session: $60
Drop-ins may be available when space allows, but availability is not guaranteed.
Please note: Small group series are reserved in 8-week commitments. Missed sessions are not refunded, but may be applied as a $50 credit toward a private session scheduled within two calendar weeks of the missed class, when available with the small group instructor.
