Our Team
Kim Stuart
Kim discovered Pilates through its remarkable ability to strengthen both the body and the mind. Inspired by the transformation she experienced after the birth of her first child, she completed her comprehensive PMA teacher training in 2012 to deepen her practice and soon discovered a passion for helping others experience its life-changing benefits. Kim believes Pilates should leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and better equipped to enjoy the activities you love.
Kim enjoys working with clients of all levels using the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Mat, thoughtfully incorporating a variety of equipment and props to create sessions that are personalized, engaging, and designed to meet clients where they are and help them move with greater strength, ease, and confidence.
Known for her positive energy, attentive coaching, and personalized approach, Kim sessions are both supportive and appropriately challenging. Her teaching style combines thoughtful instruction with full-body workouts that build strength from within, improve mobility, enhance posture and balance, and increase body awareness.
Whether you're new to Pilates, an experienced practitioner, or working through an injury/physical limitation, Kim tailors each session to your specific needs, helping you move more efficiently and achieve your personal goals. Clients leave her sessions feeling stronger, taller, and more centered.
Outside the studio, Kim is a mom of two and owns a business development and marketing consulting firm. She also enjoys cooking, dancing, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
In 2024, Kim was recognized as one of Marin's favorite Pilates instructors, receiving the Marin Independent Journal Readers' Choice Honor Award.
