Mari Petherbridge's private Pilates sessions in San Rafael, CA or via Online Pilates are the perfect way to get personalized attention and see results quickly. Within the Private Pilates session Mari creates a program to suit your goals, injuries, and postural needs. Privates are 55 minutes, and include exercises and content selected for your needs.
When beginning personalized Pilates sessions, Mari will take you through a brief assessment to review the ranges of your movements and find the places that need a little extra attention. This assessment combined with a brief history of injuries, and a postural assessment will set the tone for the upcoming sessions.
Within your first session Mari gets you moving immediately! If you have never done Pilates before, she begins with some core concepts of Pilates for beginners. If you are a more experienced Pilates patron you jump right into the work! Private sessions are the most goal oriented and the best way to see and feel results quickly!
