Duet and Small Group Sessions

All Duet and Small Group Pilates Sessions are created with the clients in mind and the perfect way to get a personalized Pilates reformer workout in a group setting.. It is best for Mari to have had at least one Private Session previously with all participants to be able to properly assess the needs of the Group.

The Group and Duet training follows a little more of a flow feeling, and each session is a full body workout geared toward the participant’s strength levels and goals. Mari is able to craft and organize a workout taking all participants into consideration.

Please note, Mari has limited space available for Group Training sessions and accepts these sessions on a case by case basis. Please email or call for more information and availability.
