Mari Petherbridge is a Pilates Instructor / Holistic Nutritionist in San Rafael, CA who brings years of training, continuing education, and a passion for wellness to her teaching, and nutritional consulting! With over 9 years in the Pilates industry Mari mixes that feel good burn with delicate precision to create a Pilates session that is custom tailored to your body. Mari has studied with numerous Pilates experts, and has a specific passion for helping people recover from injuries and live to be their best selves!
Having completed her Holistic Nutritionist Certification, Mari believes in a whole foods approach to eating, while incorporating lifestyle consulting to help clients support their hormones, detox, and find balance in daily habits to help achieve a state of wellness. The results? To get you looking and feeling better than ever!

Private Pilates Sessions are designed specifically for your body and goals, while duets Pilates move to the tone of two! Our private and duet Pilates sessions are tailored to your individual needs and abilities, and we focus on providing a well-rounded workout that targets all parts of the body. All sessions are designed with your needs in mind, leaving no part of the body under or over trained.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Built for the individual who is going places! Private Sessions with Mari are specific and precise. Every goal, injury, and need will be addressed within the 55-minute session. Each session builds upon itself, creating a rhythm and foundation to continue reaching new Pilates heights!
DUET SESSIONS
Duets are a great session for the more experienced Pilates student. Duet sessions are designed to create a movement experience with both student’s needs and goals in mind. A fun way to workout with a friend, or perhaps your significant other!
HOLISTIC NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION
All holistic nutritional services begin with an initial consult. After the consult a customized holistic plan is recommended, including meal plan with an array of nutritious foods to help support your specific goals/concerns, supplement suggestions, test recommendations, lifestyle and detox recommendations, and many more! These recommendations are all based around a simple idea; to help slow progression of illnesses, and/or to help you achieve your best health ever!
